New Member & Guest Luncheon – Putting Down Roots
If you're new to Northport Baptist Church or looking to get more connected, we’d love for you to join us for our New Member & Guest Luncheon on Sunday, August 24th at 11:45 AM in the Fellowship Hall.
Come enjoy a meal, meet our church staff, and learn more about what it means to put down roots and grow with us at NBC. This is a great first step to discovering how you and your family can get involved and feel at home here.

Basketball Camp 2025
Join us this summer for basketball camp! Here kids will learn fundamental basketball skills from basketball players and coaches, play against other kids their age in a tournament, and have a ton of fun!
Registration for our 2025 Basketball Camp is closed. No walk ups will be accepted.
When: July 21-24 (Monday-Thursday) from 9:00 am-Noon each day
Where: Northport Baptist Church (1004 Main Avenue, Northport, AL)
Cost: $30 per kid
Ages: Completed Kindergarten-5th Graders

Church Wide Pool Night
Church-Wide Pool Night
Make a splash with us at our Church-Wide Pool Night at the Fayette Aquatic Center on Friday, July 18th from 7:45–9:45 PM!
This fun evening is open to everyone—no admission fee required! We’ll provide pizza and drinks, so just bring your swimsuit, towel, and a pair of PJs for the kids to wear home after a night of water fun.
It’s a great way to cool off, connect with others, and enjoy summer together as a church family!

Join us for a splash of fun at our annual VBS Family Pool Night on Friday, June 6, from 6:30–8:30 PM at the UA Rec Center Pool!
This free event is a great way to celebrate the week of VBS with your whole family. We’ll have pizza and drinks provided—just bring your swimsuit and get ready for a great night of fun and fellowship! 💦🍕
All VBS families are welcome!
Vacation Bible School 2025
June 2-6 from 8:30am until 12:00pm
Completed K-5 through 4th grade (and VBX completed 5th-6th grades)
Preschool VBS is ONLY for VBS Volunteers
Volunteer sign up are in the Santuary lobby under the mission wall
Registration for kids will begin in April
Lil’ Kids Activities
Wednesdays from 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Join our birth through 5yr olds each week during the semesters for age appropriate bible stories, crafts, games, and fun! You can rest assured your children will be safe and secure with sign in system and dedicated security team.
Children's Activities

Join our Kindergarten - 4th Grade each week during the semesters for small groups, missions, and recreational time. NBC kids Wednesdays is the perfect place for your children to thrive spiritually,
