Chapel Prayer Service
Back-to-School Prayer Service
As a new school year begins, we invite our entire church family to come together for a special evening of prayer. Join us on Wednesday, August 5, at 6:00 PM in the Chapel as we seek God's wisdom, protection, and guidance for the year ahead.
Together, we'll pray for students, teachers, administrators, school staff, college students, homeschool families, parents, and our community. We'll also ask God to use His people as a light in our schools and to work in the lives of the next generation.
Whether you're directly connected to a school or simply have a heart for the next generation, this church-wide prayer service is an opportunity to unite in faith and entrust the coming school year to the Lord.
"The prayer of a righteous person is very powerful in its effect." – James 5:16
We hope you'll join us as we begin this school year with prayer.

Jesus is Better
Jesus is Better: A Journey Through Hebrews
Co-Ed Bible Study
Leader: Joseph Givens and Derek O’Quinn
Location: Room 104
What if the greatest challenge to your faith isn't suffering—but settling for something less than Jesus?
The book of Hebrews was written to believers who were tempted to look back instead of pressing forward. Through every chapter, we're reminded of one life-changing truth:
Jesus is better.
He is the better Savior, the better Priest, the better Sacrifice, the better Covenant, the better Hope, and the better King. As we journey through Hebrews together, we'll discover why Jesus is worthy of our complete trust, wholehearted worship, and lifelong obedience.
This isn't just another Bible study. It's an invitation to deepen your faith, strengthen your confidence in Christ, and encourage one another to persevere in a world full of competing voices and distractions.
What to Expect
Each week, we'll discuss one chapter of Hebrews and explore how its timeless truths shape our daily lives. Our goal is not simply to gain more biblical knowledge, but to allow God's Word to transform our hearts.
Participants Are Asked To:
Read the assigned chapter of Hebrews before each class.
Actively participate in class discussions and encourage one another.
Prayerfully decide how you will respond to what God is teaching you through His Word.
Whether you're new to studying the Bible or have walked with Christ for many years, you'll find practical encouragement, meaningful discussion, and a renewed appreciation for the greatness of Jesus.
Come discover why Jesus truly is better.

Come Home
Home – A Women's Bible Study
Leader: Judy Hall
Location: Room 105
Every heart longs for a place to belong—a place of peace, security, and lasting hope. In Home by Caroline Saunders, you'll discover that this longing is ultimately fulfilled not in an earthly place, but in the presence of God.
This 7-session Bible study traces the theme of home throughout Scripture, from the Garden of Eden to the promise of our eternal home with Christ. Along the way, you'll see God's faithful plan to dwell with His people and learn how every chapter of the Bible points us toward the hope found in Jesus.
Through weekly group discussion, personal Bible study, and video teaching, you'll explore what it means to find your true home in Christ. Whether you're navigating seasons of change, carrying the weight of an imperfect home, or simply desiring to know God more deeply, this study offers biblical encouragement and lasting hope.
Join us as we discover that our longing for home is not misplaced—it is a reminder that God has prepared something far greater than anything this world can offer.
